Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the Tendlets app and this website. Tendlets is made by PP Worldwide Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”). By using Tendlets, you agree to these terms. We’ve tried to keep them short and clear.

Tendlets is not medical advice

Tendlets is a game that encourages self-care. It doesn’t give medical advice, diagnose anything or replace your doctor, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. Always follow their guidance about your medication and health.

Reminders can be delayed or missed, for example if your phone is off, out of battery, in a Focus or battery-saving mode, or if notifications are turned off. Please don’t rely on Tendlets alone for important medication.

Using the app

Sparkles and in-app items

Sparkles, treasures, outfits and other items in Tendlets are part of the game. They have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can’t be transferred to anyone else. Seasonal items may only be available at certain times of year. Looking after yourself always earns sparkles for free, and anything in the shop can be bought with earned sparkles.

Buying sparkle packs

None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer, for example if something you bought doesn’t work as described.

Your saved game

Your pets and progress are stored on your phone, and also in your account if you choose to sign in. Without an account or a backup code, they can’t be recovered if you delete the app or lose your phone. We do our best to keep backups working between versions of the app, but can’t guarantee it.

If you make an account, keep your email address up to date and don’t share your sign-in codes. You can delete your account at any time (see delete your account).

Our content

The Tendlets name, logo, characters, artwork and app are ours. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

Changes and availability

We may update Tendlets, add or remove features, or change these terms. If we make important changes to the terms, we’ll update the date at the top. We aim to keep Tendlets running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs.

Our responsibility

Tendlets is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss caused by using the app, including missed reminders or lost saved games. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the consumer protections of where you live.
